What does “raw hair” mean?
Raw hair is 100% natural human hair that has never been chemically treated, colored, or altered. While most textures are completely untouched, some patterns are created with a gentle steam process—never chemicals.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?
Most clients need 2–3 bundles for lengths up to 18 inches and 3–4 bundles for longer lengths to achieve a full, voluminous look. The exact number depends on your desired fullness, the style, and whether you’re adding a closure or frontal.
Will all bundles look exactly the same?
Because our extensions are sourced from real single donors, each bundle is truly unique. This means there may be slight variations in color, curl, or wave pattern, which is a natural sign of authenticity. We carefully hand-select every bundle to ensure quality and consistency, while still honoring the natural beauty of raw hair.
Can I color or bleach raw hair?
Yes — our raw hair can be colored or bleached just like your natural hair. Since it’s chemical-free, it takes well to color, but we recommend using a professional stylist to protect the integrity of the bundles.
Processing & Shipping
How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after that. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Standard free shipping applies to all U.S. orders over $200.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the U.S., but international shipping options will be added soon. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested, please contact us directly for availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status anytime.

At AESTHETICS, we take pride in preparing every order with care to ensure your bundles arrive safely and on time. All orders require 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Once processed, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days for delivery. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $200. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Processing still applies, but once shipped, express orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days. All packages require a signature upon delivery to protect your order. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also log in to your account at any time to check order status. Once shipped, AESTHETICS is not responsible for carrier delays, missed deliveries, or lost/stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on hair that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept hair that has been installed, altered, or untied.

Can I return hair after opening it?
No. Once the security ties or packaging have been removed, the hair is considered used and cannot be returned. This ensures every customer receives fresh, untouched bundles.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, email our support team at info@shopaesthetics.us. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) that must be included in your package.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds or store credits are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

At AESTHETICS, we are committed to delivering premium quality raw hair extensions with the highest standards of care. Because of the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on hair that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with security ties intact. For hygiene and quality reasons, once the hair has been opened, installed, altered, or untied, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate the process, please email our support team at info@shopaesthetics.us for a return authorization and instructions. All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If preferred, store credit may also be provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
